DILLINGHAM, STEPHEN, from Granville, N. Y., settled on the James Hopkins place, which he sold in 1865 to Merritt C. Phelps.
He married a daughter of Deliverance Rogers, and is noted for the excellent quality of his butter and
cheese. He removed to Granville, N.Y., in 1866. Of his children, Judith m. James W.
Gray; Amy m. Lawson
Bardwell, of Poultney; Dilla m. William Pierce and died in 1865; Mary m. Jesse C. Gray, Reuben m. a daughter of James Norton, of Wells.
