SQUIER, TRUMAN, a native of Woodhury, Conn., settled as
an attorney on the present premises of Daniel F. Cushman. He was here at an
early day, and removed about 1800 to Manchester, where he held the office of
states’ attorney two years, judge of probate three years, and was secretary to
the governor and council several years. He died in 1845, aged 81.
